🖼 Hero Banner Slides
These photos & text rotate on the homepage top banner.
Tick any dress from the full catalog to add or remove it here — its real Category is untouched. You can also set this from the dress's own "Edit" form.
🗑 Bin
Dresses moved here are off the website but not gone. Restore one back to its folder, or delete it permanently (Owners only) — permanent deletion cannot be undone.
Categories
Manage the folders shown on the homepage and shop filters. "Best Sellers" and "Sale" are pinned folders — their photo can be edited but they can't be deleted. Best Sellers/Sale membership is set per-dress (a checkbox on the product, or from that folder's own tab in Products) rather than by picking it as a Category. "Sale" also stays off the site entirely until switched on below — unchecked by default.

📷 Instagram Feed (Homepage)
The site can't pull new Instagram posts on its own — that needs either a Meta developer app, or (much simpler, no coding) a free embeddable widget. Create a free feed at a service like snapwidget.com, lightwidget.com or elfsight.com, connect it to @haniahassanofficial once, then paste the embed code it gives you below. After that one-time setup, new posts appear here automatically and clicking one opens Instagram — nothing further to do. Leave blank to show a simple "Follow Us" button instead.
📜 Site Disclaimer (shown on every dress)
This standard wording appears, collapsed, on every dress's detail card automatically — no action needed per dress. Edit it here to change it everywhere at once, or leave a specific dress's own "Disclaimer Override" field (in that dress's Add/Edit Product screen) blank to just use this.
📋 Dropdown Options
Add or remove the choices shown in the Custom Order form's dropdowns (and the product Colour field). Changes apply everywhere immediately — no fixed lists.
🧩 Site Features
Switch public-facing features on or off without needing a developer. Nothing is deleted when a feature is off — turning it back on restores it exactly as it was.
🔔 New Order Alerts
A Custom Order request from the website used to be completely silent until someone opened this admin panel and checked. Two things now help with that:
1. In-panel alert (already on, nothing to set up): whenever this admin panel is open in a browser tab, a new Custom Order pops a toast, plays a short chime, and lights up the 🔔 bell in the top-left with a red count — click it to jump straight to Custom Orders. On the Dashboard, "Enable Alerts" turns this into a real popup on that device even if the tab isn't the one in focus (works on desktop and Android; iPhone Safari doesn't support this for a regular website, so on iPhone the bell/badge is what applies).
2. Email alert (needs a one-time, 5-minute setup): reaches Aneela and Aimen even with no browser tab open anywhere, which is the one gap the in-panel alert above can't cover on its own. This uses a free service called EmailJS — ask whoever built this site for the short setup steps (they're written directly into the code as comments, right next to CONFIG.emailNotify), or say the word and a walkthrough doc can be put together.
Staff Accounts
Owner-only. Each person signs in with their own account — Assistants can see and set the sale price like anyone else here, but never cost-to-make or profit, no matter what else they're given access to.
+ Add Staff Account
Share the email and temporary password with them directly (WhatsApp, in person) — they should sign in and change the password from Settings afterward. Creating an account here does not log you out.

Removing someone here revokes their app access immediately, but does not delete their login itself — that step still needs the Firebase Console (a small, deliberate safety gap, since a browser-only admin panel can't safely self-delete another person's login credential).
